Diana Martin-Gotcher
Founder - Executive Director

Diana Martin-Gotcher is the heart and visionary behind our nonprofit. With deep roots in the communities we serve, Diana has dedicated the past 45 years to living and engaging with the people and landscapes that define this area. Her firsthand experience with the challenges and triumphs of these communities has fueled her passion for making a meaningful impact through her work.

As Founder and Executive Director, Diana’s responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership: Guiding the overall vision, mission, and strategy of the organization to ensure our programs effectively address community needs.

Program Development: Designing and implementing programs that directly support the individuals and families we serve, drawing on her personal knowledge of local challenges.

Community Outreach: Establishing and nurturing relationships with local leaders, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize our reach.

Resource Development: Leading fundraising initiatives, grant applications, and donor relations to secure the resources necessary for sustaining our mission.

In addition to her role at the nonprofit, Diana co-owns and operates a ranch in Modoc County with her husband. This connection to the land and community reflects her commitment not only to helping people but also to preserving and honoring the environment that sustains them. Her dedication, leadership, and lifetime of local experience make her an invaluable leader in advancing the organization’s mission.

Leann’s many years of bookkeeping experience bring structure and transparency to our financial practices. In this role, he contributes to the production of electricity through the company's cogeneration facilities, which utilize wood byproducts to generate power. His personal experiences, professional skills, and unwavering commitment to both his family and community make him an invaluable asset to our organization.
